Size Exchanges

We offer size exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a size exchange, the item must:

• Be unused and unworn.
• Be in its original condition.
• Include all original packaging and tags.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs associated with size exchanges unless the wrong item was shipped or the product arrives with a manufacturing defect.

Manufacturing Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 30-Day Manufacturing Quality Guarantee from the date your order is delivered.

This guarantee covers manufacturing defects such as:

• Faulty stitching or seams.
• Printing or customization errors.
• Fabric defects or damage that occurred before use.

It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper washing, misuse, or products that have been altered after delivery.

How to Request a Claim

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery by emailing support@firststarsfootball.shop.

Please include:

• Your order number.
• A detailed description of the issue.
• Clear photos showing the defect.

Our support team will review your request and respond within 24–48 business hours.

Resolution Options

After reviewing your claim, First Stars Football may offer one of the following solutions, depending on the circumstances:

• A replacement product.
• Store credit for a future purchase.
• A partial refund.
• A full refund.

Each request is evaluated individually to ensure a fair resolution.

European Union Customers

Customers located in the European Union may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Returned products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging. Unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part, return shipping costs remain the customer's responsibility.
